I am an insured member Federation of Holistic

Therapies (FHT).

I am an intuitive therapist, specialising in

myofascial release as well as lomilomi and

 abdominal-sacral massage .

I also offer following  treatments

Deep Tissue Massage, Sports, Indian Head

,Pregnancy Massage.,Cupping with

Moxibustion and Reiki.

I have found great happiness in helping

people on their healing journeys , during my

12 years as a massage therapist.

My interest in well-being was spurred as a

child , as my mum had a lifelong condition and

I wanted to understand more about ways how

to reduce people's discomfort.

Initially, I studied art, but in my early thirties I

became interested in psychology and was

drawn to working with the body as a powerful

tool for grounding and balancing the mind.

In 2010 I decided to study massage therapies,

resolving to guide people on their journeys to

wellness.

I work in Neal's Yard Therapy Rooms in

Covent Garden, but I also offer home visits in

west London.

My Approach

I work both intuitively and holistically as I

believe that our bodies are much more than

muscles and bones.

We store up in our bodies and carry with us

lots of suppressed emotions and stress that

have an immense impact on our wellbeing.

Individually tailored therapies can help release

these tensions by bringing them to an

awareness, which in turn accelerates the

healing process.

I work within the comfort zone of the client. I

hold a safe space for the healing process by

providing an appropriately  ambient setting to

facilitate somatic healing.

My greatest strength is the ability to deeply

focus on an individual body and find

appropriate techniques and depth of work

that relax the tension and restore balance.
